Discussion of the Draft Economic Report

The Al-Bayder Center for Studies and Planning held the third meeting of the team responsible for preparing the Iraqi Economic Report, as part of its 2025 research plan, to discuss the initial draft of the annual report prepared by the team members.

The meeting addressed mechanisms for organizing the report’s content in a manner that reflects realistic and comprehensive perspectives on the current state of the Iraqi economy. It also included discussions on a range of ideas and proposals aimed at addressing the prevailing economic challenges.

The report seeks to shed light on the national economic landscape through in-depth analysis based on quantitative data and official documents, with the objective of identifying existing challenges and exploring opportunities for sustainable economic development in Iraq.
