Dr. Ali Mohammed Ali Hadawi
Dr. Hadawi is the Principal and CEO of Central Bedfordshire College, specializing in organizational leadership and strategic management. He is a founding member and Vice Chair of the Rawabet Steering Group, a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing the vocational and higher education sectors in Iraq.

Dr. Maitham Handal Sharif
A Professor of Constitutional Law, Dr. Sharif, has held various administrative and academic roles, including membership in the High Commission for Human Rights. He has served as Dean of the College of Law at multiple institutions, including the University of Thi-Qar and Shatt Al-Arab University College, and is currently the Dean of Al-Rasheed University College.

Dr. Saib Mohammed Abdul Hamid
Dr. Abdul Hamid holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy of History and is a prolific author with numerous published works. He has supervised extensive book projects at various Iraqi research centers.

Dr. Abdul Hamid Abdul Majeed Al-Baldawi
Dr. Al-Baldawi is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society (FSS/London), a member of the American Statistical Association (USA), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Transport (MCIT/London).

Dr. Falah Hassan Thwaini
With a Ph.D. in Economics, Dr. Thwaini is a Professor of Monetary and Banking Economics. He previously served as Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at Al-Mustansiriyah University and currently supervises the Department of Economic Studies at Bayt Al-Hikma.

Dr. Lahai Abdul Hussein
Dr. Abdul Hussein earned her Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Utah (USA). She has held professorships and lectured in sociology at the University of Baghdad and several other Arab and international universities. She is the author of numerous books, articles, social studies, and translations.

Ms. Akiko Yoshioka
Ms. Yoshioka graduated in Middle East Studies from Osaka University of Foreign Studies, Japan, in 1999. She is currently a Senior Analyst at the Japanese Institute of Middle Eastern Economies (JIME), part of the Institute of Energy Economics, Japan.

Dr. Suhad Ismail Al-Azzawi
Dr. Al-Azzawi is the Head of the Strategy Department at Al-Nahrain University and a Professor of Graduate Studies in the College of Political Science.

Prof. Tom Collins
Professor Collins is the President Emeritus of Maynooth University in Ireland and was appointed by the Irish Government to serve as Chair of the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment from 2006 to 2012.

Prof. Abdul Jalil Kadhim Alwali
Prof. Alwali is a Professor of Philosophy at United Arab Emirates University, specializing in Greek philosophy, normative and descriptive ethical theories, multicultural philosophy, and Islamic philosophy.

Dr. Dai Yamao
An Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Social and Cultural Studies at Kyushu University, Dr. Yamao earned his Ph.D. from Kyoto University and has published several works, including History of Iraqi Islamic Movements (2011).

Mr. Ali Al-Mawlawi
Mr. Al-Mawlawi is a specialist in political economy and institutional reform, serving as Director of the Horizon Consulting Group in London. He provides research, analysis, and advisory services to international organizations and diplomatic missions operating in Iraq and holds a master’s degree in international relations and diplomacy from the University of London.

Mr. Mohammed Musa Naqvi
Mr. Naqvi holds a degree in Economics and Management from Brasenose College, University of Oxford, and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Manchester. He is an alumnus of the National Health Service (NHS) Graduate Management Training Scheme.

Dr. Basim Al-Lami
Dr. Al-Lami is a retired Associate Professor of Electronics and Control Engineering at the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE. During his tenure, he held several academic administrative positions, including Head of the Engineering Department.
