Regional Shifts Following the Elections

The Baidar Center for Studies and Planning hosted a dialogue session entitled “Iraq in Light of the Parliamentary Election Results and Regional and International Transformations.” The event featured H.E. Ambassador Luqman Al-Faily, Iraq’s representative to the United Nations, and was attended by a select group of academics, researchers, and political analysts.

The session provided an analysis of Iraq’s political landscape and the recent electoral milestone, set against a backdrop of rapid regional and international changes. Discussions focused on how these developments may influence Iraq’s position and role, the prospects for enhancing political stability, and the management of the country’s external relations.
