Al-Baidar Center Concludes the Second Season of Its Policy Paper Writing Training Program

Al-Baidar Center for Studies and Planning has concluded the second season of its specialized training program on policy paper writing, held over three consecutive days, with the aim of developing researchers’ skills and enhancing their capacities in preparing and drafting policy papers in line with modern scientific methodologies.

The program featured a series of lectures and workshops delivered by a distinguished group of trainers specialized in public policy. The sessions addressed several key themes, including the role of think tanks, the concept of public policy, the current state of public policy in Iraq, methodologies for writing policy papers, as well as the professional requirements for researchers working in this field.

The program concluded with specialized sessions focusing on a number of vital issues, notably the legislative process in Iraq, an in-depth understanding of the political landscape, the Iraqi social environment, and the current state of the Iraqi economy, with the participation of a group of experts and stakeholders in public affairs.
