Al-baidar Center Holds Session on the Role and Responsibility of Iraq’s Elites

The Al-baidar Center for Studies and Planning held a roundtable discussion titled “Iraqi Elites: An Examination of Their Role and Responsibility” with the participation of a number of prominent figures. The discussion focused on the reality of the elites in Iraq, the key attributes of a conscious elite, and their role during this critical period, as well as the political and social space available to them in the Iraqi arena. The session drew upon the guidance outlined in the statement issued by the Supreme Religious Authority in Najaf regarding conscious elites.
