Al-Baidar Center for Studies and Planning held a dialogue session titled: \u201cProspects of Relations between Iraq and Austria,\u201d hosting both Dr. Hisham Al-Alawi, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Planning Affairs, and His Excellency Mr. Andrea Nasi, Ambassador of the Republic of Austria in Baghdad.<\/p>\n

The session included a presentation on the current state of relations between Iraq and Austria and areas of cooperation and support between the two countries. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed Iraq\u2019s desire to cooperate and build relations with various countries, including the Republic of Austria, in different fields such as education, investment, and others.<\/p>\n

For his part, the Ambassador of Austria in Iraq reviewed prospects for cooperation, Austria\u2019s role in supporting certain projects in Iraq, the agreements signed between the two parties, and the importance of economic and investment relations between the countries in both the public and private sectors. The session was attended by a select group of researchers and those interested in foreign relations.<\/p>\n
